Our cabins are designed for comfort to make you feel at home.
Sundog Retreat is the perfect venue for vacations, romantic getaways, family reunions, group gatherings, meetings, small weddings, retreats and workshops.
Yukon Cottage Rentals:
Choose from our two bedroom Cranberry, Panorama and Fireweed cabins or our one bedroom Raven's Nest and Fuzzy Crocus cabins.
Cranberry Cottage:
Two-bedroom cabin with romantic fireplace, galley kitchen, full bathroom, great mountain views.
- One bedroom has king bed and double futon bed, as needed.
- One bedroom has two queen beds.
- Propane fireplace and double sofa bed in living room.
- Great deck and BBQ with breathtaking views.
- Galley kitchen, full bathroom, satellite TV.
Raven's Nest Cottage:
A one-bedroom cabin above the Studio, with open concept kitchen and dining area, full bathroom and lots of light.
- Bedroom has two twin beds OR one king.
- Queen sofa bed in living room.
Panorama Cottage:
Two-bedroom cabin with full kitchen and dining area, full bathroom, great mountain views.
- One bedroom with queen bed and pop-up twin bed, as needed.
- One bedroom with double/twin bunk bed.
- Queen sofa bed in living room.
- New kitchen, dining area, full bathroom.
Fireweed Cottage:
Two-bedroom cabin with open concept kitchen and dining area, full bathroom.
- One bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed.

Fuzzy Crocus Cottage:
One-bedroom cabin with full kitchen and dining area, full bathroom.
- Bedroom has double bed.
- Double futon in living room.
- Nestled in the trees with great mountain views.
Family Friendly Lodging:
Children are welcome and many enjoy playing outside in the woods or sandbox area. Parents must supervise their children at all times. Board games are found in the Sunroom and children are welcome to use the hot tub and sauna under adult supervision.
Attractions & Activities:
Our 160 acre property ensures that there are lots of outdoor adventure activities available for all to enjoy! Take a stroll down to the Yukon River or take part in a one-hour guided van tour at the Yukon Wildlife Preserve
and see woodland caribou, moose, elk, musk ox and mountain goats.
Enjoy peaceful and tranquil exploration at the Sundog Retreat just outside Whitehorse, Yukon and a short 10 minute drive from the famous Takhini Hot Springs.
If you would like to stay and enjoy your time at Sundog Retreat, we are pleased to offer an outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna with dry or steam options, exercise space and yoga/meditation room for the use of all our guests.
Local attractions include the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, Takhini Hot Springs and Bean North cafe (10 min drive). Sundog Retreat is just 25 minutes drive from downtown Whitehorse, with a whole city full of dining, shopping and cultural activities.

Rates include welcoming snack basket and beverages on arrival, and access to central hot tub and sauna in the Sunroom.
Pets are welcome if they are well-trained and pose no threat to other guests. They must be leashed on walks and are subject to a pet charge of $15 per night to a maximum of $30 per stay, as well as a credit card authorization to help defray costs from any unexpected damage caused by the pet.
